Meet Up Argentina 2025: the key meeting point for MICE tourism in Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires, August 6–7, 2025 – The Convention Center of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires will be the epicenter of Argentina’s MICE tourism for two days during Meet Up Argentina 2025. This event, organized by AOCA (Argentine Association of Organizers and Suppliers of Exhibitions, Congresses, and Events), brings together key industry players to boost the development of meetings and events tourism throughout the country.

With a federal focus, the fourth edition of Meet Up Argentina gathers representatives from the country’s 31 convention bureaux, organizers, suppliers, and buyers—both national and international. The goal is to strengthen Argentina's destination offer and generate business opportunities through commercial meetings, promotion of new tourism products, and strategic site inspections.

Key Themes for 2025

• Sustainability as a cross-cutting axis: aligning activities with the standards of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), strategies and success stories will be shared to reduce environmental impact and create social and economic value.

• Sporting events as a tourism attraction: representatives from the Argentine Olympic Committee and Club Atlético River Plate will participate, along with presentations of successful case studies such as Merlo – City of Sports, ODESUD in Santa Fe, and the Córdoba City Marathon 2025.
