New Flight from Brazil!
Starting July 1st, JetSmart will offer four weekly flights from Recife to Buenos Aires. This way, northern Brazil gains an important connection to visit our country.
A new air connection with Brazil is always highly positive for inbound tourism in Argentina. Beginning July 1st, the low-cost airline JetSmart will start operating the Recife-Buenos Aires route, allowing a key destination in northern Brazil to connect with our country.
The flight will operate four times a week—on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays—at very affordable prices, which are already available for purchase on the airline’s website.
With this addition, Recife joins Rio de Janeiro and Florianópolis among JetSmart’s routes to Buenos Aires.
What to Do in Argentina
Argentina has six regions:

🥩 Meat & Grill
- Asado: The star of Argentine cuisine. Cooked on the grill with various cuts of meat like vacío, entraña, ribs, and chorizo.
- Choripán: A street food classic. Grilled chorizo in bread with chimichurri.
- Milanesa: Similar to schnitzel, it's breaded and fried or baked meat, sometimes with cheese and sauce (napolitana style).
🥟 Regional Food
- Empanadas: Filled with meat, chicken, ham and cheese, humita (corn), among others. The ones from Salta and Tucumán are among the best.
- Locro: A thick stew with corn, pork, chorizo, and pumpkin, typical for patriotic holidays.
