Starting May 9, the airline will operate a direct air connection between the Brazilian city and Argentina’s wine capital. Tickets are already available on the ultra-low-cost airline’s website at incredibly tempting prices!

Mendoza is located in western Argentina, approximately four hours from Rio de Janeiro. With more than 300 wineries, the province produces around 70% of the country’s wine. Through Maipú, Luján de Cuyo, and the Uco Valley—its main wine regions—travelers can enjoy a magnificent luxury experience that combines the world’s best Malbec wine (along with other high-quality varieties) with stunning wineries offering unique stays to soak in the sun and mountains.

When it comes to gastronomy, Mendoza also boasts an enviable reputation. At the end of 2023, the prestigious Michelin Guide awarded a Michelin Star to the following restaurants: Zonda Cocina de Paisaje, Casa Vigil, Brindillas, and Azafrán. Additionally, on April 7, at the iconic Susana Balbo winery, the Michelin Guide Buenos Aires & Mendoza 2025 will be officially presented.

But beyond wine and gastronomy, Mendoza stands out for its Adventure Tourism in San Rafael, south of the provincial capital. Visitors can enjoy experiences like canopying at Los Reyunos Dam, rafting on the Atuel River, cycling through mountain trails, or trekking in Aconcagua Provincial Park, among other activities.

And if that weren’t enough, during the winter, Mendoza transforms into a premier ski destination with its Las Leñas ski resort. This traditional hotspot, located just minutes from the city of Malargüe in the southwest of the province, is the perfect place to experience Argentina’s snow with family and friends. And, of course, always accompanied by the finest wine.
