Michelin Guide 2026: Which are the starred restaurants in Argentina?

16 July 2026

From the two stars of Aramburu to the four new additions in Mendoza and Buenos Aires. Find out how the country's most prestigious culinary map is shaped.

Following the visit of its international inspection team for the 2026 edition, the third edition of the Michelin Guide Buenos Aires & Mendoza renewed the two stars of the Buenos Aires restaurant Aramburu and awarded one star to thirteen other establishments (four of them new), while confirming the great moment of Argentine cuisine: "Increasingly diverse, creative, and consolidated".

The Guide also included eleven Bib Gourmands, with two new additions to this distinction that recognizes dining spots where the value for money is particularly outstanding. It is worth noting that, unlike other awards, Michelin stars are not permanent; rather, each year, inspectors re-evaluate the distinguished restaurants to ensure they maintain the level of excellence that earned them the recognition.
