Tempus Alba is a winery with a young spirit and deep roots, run by the fifth generation of a winemaking family from Mendoza. Its vineyards stretch across more than 120 hectares, surrounded by olive groves, fruit trees, and almond trees that frame the Andean landscape and offer a unique setting to enjoy wine and nature.
The visitor experience includes free self-guided tours, ideal for those who want to explore the winemaking process at their own pace, along with wine tastings and a terrace wine bar overlooking the vineyards. At Patio Tempus, seasonal cuisine is served in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, with pairings designed to highlight their flagship wines.
Over the years, the winery has received multiple awards for its wine tourism quality, innovation, and architecture. Its wines have also been highly rated by international wine critics, positioning them as notable expressions of Malbec and other regional varietals.

The menu, available in two- or three-course options, features dishes that highlight Mendocinian ingredients with modern techniques. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options, as well as more casual proposals like shared platters with wine by the glass on the terrace. The menu changes seasonally, so it's recommended to check the current offering in advance.
If you're visiting as a couple or in a small group, it's best to book in advance, especially on weekends or holidays. The restaurant is usually open from Monday to Saturday at lunchtime, but hours may vary during peak season.
