Located in the heart of the hotel, this intimate space was designed to offer a multisensory journey, where each dish harmonizes with Susana Balbo’s wines and the spirit of the house.

La VidA’s offering is based on a carefully curated 7-course tasting menu, with pairing options that include traditional wine pairings, non-alcoholic tea pairings, or personalized alternatives tailored to each guest’s preferences. Ingredients are selected by season and origin, featuring organic produce from the hotel’s garden, local meats, edible flowers, and Andean spices, reimagined with cutting-edge techniques. Its quality earned it a Michelin Guide recommendation in 2024 and 2025.

Tastings & Tours

During the guided visits, guests explore the vineyards, the tank room, and La Capilla—the microvinification area—to gain in-depth insight into the terroir and the winemaking process.

The experience includes different tasting formats: from a diverse selection of representative labels—such as the Crios, BenMarco, Susana Balbo Signature, and Nosotros lines—to more exclusive proposals featuring premium and collector’s wines.

These experiences often combine the tour with a tasting and may include show cooking sessions (like the “Argentine Cuisine Uncovered” classes) and hands-on workshops such as Blend Art, where you can create your own wine blend.

Activities are available Wednesday through Sunday, including holidays, at various times. They can also be combined with fine dining at Osadía de Crear, brunch, afternoon tea, or gourmet picnics in Espacio CRIOS, creating a full sensory journey that fuses wine, cuisine, culture, and landscape.
