Estancia Vigil

Buenos Aires

Set opposite Ciervo de los Pantanos National Park, in Cardales (RN9, km 60) and under an hour from Buenos Aires, Estancia Vigil invites guests to let every glass and every dish connect with land, time, and people in a high-level experience.

Curated by Alejandro Vigil and inspired by Casa Vigil / El Enemigo, the project is a culinary and wine-tourism hub bringing Mendoza’s wine culture to Buenos Aires: the Market is operating, while a restaurant and winery are planned, including tasting rooms and event spaces. Its position facing the national park and proximity to the city enable immersive experiences without leaving the province.

The Market features Universo Vigil products—including Proyecto Labrar and 100-point Parker vintages—plus small plates for pairing; the calendar adds guided tastings, experiences, and private formats for business meetings or social gatherings. Current opening hours help plan visits, and advance booking streamlines event organization.
