Bodega Séptima

Mendoza

Set at 1,050 meters above sea level in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Bodega Séptima crafts wines and sparkling wines with varietal identity and a strong sense of terroir, blending Spanish know-how since 1551 with innovative winemaking. Architecturally emblematic and a pioneer of wine tourism in Mendoza, it offers meticulously curated hospitality where warmth, excellence, and respect for the land guide every decision.

Founded as the seventh winery of Raventós Codorníu, Séptima emerged in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo after the group’s expansion to the New World (Napa Valley, 1991) and a search for exceptional terroirs that began in 1999 and materialized in 2001 at the foothills of the Andes. Its identity rests on more than four and a half centuries of winemaking tradition (since 1551) and on a high-altitude landscape that shapes the precision and character of its wines.

From the outset, Séptima embodied a model that helped shape Argentine wine: European know-how, estate vineyards, premium winemaking, and a guiding respect for terroir. With a long-term philosophy, the winery weaves heritage and contemporary technique to clearly express Mendoza’s identity in every vintage.
