Located in Los Chacayes, Valle de Uco, Enzo Bianchi was founded by the second generation of the Bianchi family as a bridge between the tradition of the Old World and the innovation of the New World. Surrounded by high-altitude vineyards and the Andes landscape, it invites visitors to explore unique terroirs and enjoy emblematic wines.
The winery’s architecture was designed to harmonize with the landscape, using locally quarried stone and natural materials to reflect a deep respect for nature. Inside, state-of-the-art technology allows for precision winemaking, with small stainless steel tanks, French oak barrel aging, and clay amphorae.
Visiting Enzo Bianchi means walking through high-altitude vineyards (+1,200 masl), discovering the process from grape to glass, and tasting premium wines and sparkling labels made with traditional methods. It’s a complete wine tourism experience that brings together family legacy and viticultural excellence.
