Bodega Colomé

Salta

Colomé Winery was founded in 1831, this historic winery in the breathtaking Calchaquí Valleys offers a profound connection with nature, simplicity, and the authenticity of a living culture where respect for the land is a way of life.

Blending history, landscape, and extreme altitude, Colomé offers a complete experience: wines of great character, vineyard lodging, immersive art, and refined regional cuisine in the heart of the Andes.

As Argentina’s oldest winery in continuous operation, Colomé combines its ancestral heritage with a contemporary outlook. Its vineyards, located between 2,300 and 3,111 meters above sea level, produce wines with remarkable freshness, aromatic depth, and natural elegance. The project has played a key role in establishing the Calchaquí Valley as a cult wine region.

The Colomé experience goes beyond the glass: it includes colonial-style lodging, local cuisine, and exclusive access to the James Turrell Museum — one of a kind in the world. All in a setting of stunning nature and serene silence.

Visiting Colomé means discovering the essence of altitude, where every detail reflects a philosophy of respect for land, time, and authenticity.
