Ñivinco and Pichi Traful Waterfalls

Embark on the adventure of covering Andean paths and finding two treasures in the Nahuel Huapi National Park.

Do you know which wonders are waiting for you between San Martín de los Andes and Villa La Angostura? Embark on a journey around the legendary Ruta de los Siete Lagos. Once you get to the Ñivinco river, continue your adventure on foot. Walk along the coast, go through an Antarctic beech and Chilean bamboo forest, make your way through trees, and wade across brooks. All of a sudden, in the middle of the forest silence and bird singing, you will hear the murmur of falling water.

Observe the Ñivinco waterfall spectacle and get amazed at the water jump of 10 metres high and 40 metres wide. Observe a beach formed by nature with colourful stones. From this paradise, continue your adventure up to the foot of the Falkner mountain. You’ll find Pichi Traful there, a sand bay nesting a water mirror surrounded by mountains.
