International Sculpture Biennale in Resistencia

The art of sculpture awaits you every day in the city of Resistencia. And every two years, it offers you a unique event: The International Sculpture Biennale. Come to this event with the participation of artists from the national and international arenas. Watch them as they create their works for one week, outdoors, in front of your eyes. Enjoy art seminars, concerts, and other cultural activities shared around the work areas.
See the closing ceremony, at which the sculptors receive their awards. Did you know that, after the biennale, the works remain in exhibition for 60 days? After that, they are distributed around different places in the city, and become a part of the city’s artistic heritage.
