How to get there: The Valle de Calamuchita is located just 80 kilometers south of the capital city, in a mountain range formed by the Sierras Grandes to the west and the Sierras Chicas to the east. The valley can be reached via Ruta Provincial 5 from the capital city, Córdoba. 

Altitude: 720-800 meters above sea level.

Climate: warm. The annual average temperature ranges between 16°C and 18°C. The ideal time to come is spring/fall due to the mild temperatures; however, visitors can come all year round.

Recommended length of stay: 2 to 5 days.

Recommended clothing: it is advisable to be prepared for possible temperature changes.

What to do: Trekking, hiking, cycling, horseback riding, going to festivals.
