How to get there: via Ruta Nacional 40 (it is located 160 km north of the city of San Juan).

Area: 14,749 sq km.  Altitude: 1,088 meters above sea level (average) 

Climate: Dry. In summer, the average temperature is 28ºC. In winter, it varies between 1ºC and 15ºC.

Recommended length of stay: 1 to 4 days.

Recommended clothing and gear: Sunscreen and water for all tours.
