The province of Corrientes is 1.074 Kms far from Buenos Aires, embraced by one of the largest rivers in the world: the Paraná, which offers 750 kilometers of coastland with beaches, hills and ravines.

Abandoned or ancient river beds formed, with the passing of time, independent and complex wetlands comprised by swamps, lagoons and rainwater streams. With an extension of 1.400.000 hectares, the Iberá Swamps are the second largest wetland in South America. These crystalline waters are inhabited by the Golden Fish and other species that make Corrientes a more than interesting destination for sport fishing fans.
