Monte Leon National Park

Monte León National Park is in the southeast of the province of Santa Cruz, on National Road N° 3.210 km. from Río Gallegos. It has an approximate surface of 61.700 hectares.

This park features different attractions like the route of the guanaco, Monte León island, Monte León rocks (the latter gives name to the park due to its aspect resembling a sleeping lion) and various maritime species.
