San Martín de los Andes

It is one of the most developed cities in Neuquén.Its magnificent area features the Lanín National Park, with a volcano that shares the name and reaches 3,776 meters high; the Nahuel Huapi National Park, which stretches to the province of Río Negro and is home to magnificent flora and fauna, and the Nahuel Huapi Lake; and the Los Arrayanes National Park, a forest region full of myrtles.

Being to close with such a stunning scenery, San Martin de los Andes is a must-see destination.Different tours include sailing at the Lácar and Nonthué lakes, within the Lanín National Park, where water and sports activities can be enjoyed.

Chapelco is 20 minutes away from San Martín de los Andes. It is one of the most important winter centers of the country, with 140 hectares (345.95 acres) to ski, modern means of elevation and 20 ski slopes among forests and valleys.

HOW TO GET THERE
The Airport is 20 km (12 mi) away from the city. The bus station receives approximately 10 middle- and long-distance services on a daily basis from seven companies.
