Meetings in Patagonia
The province is made up of the eastern area of the Isla Grande of Tierra del Fuego and Isla de los Estados. The island limits with the Strait of Magellan to the north, which is the communication route between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, and the Beagle Channel to the south. The provincial boundaries reach the Argentine Antarctica and the islands of the South Atlantic, between the Meridian 25° West and 74° West, and the Parallel 50° South, and a great part of the provincial territory is formed by Atlantic waters.
The landscapes are breathtaking, as well as the fauna that comes to the islands from the Antarctica.
The province can be accessed through its two international airports.
It is the southernmost province of the country and it offers, especially in Ushuaia, a great variety of national and imported tax-free products.
