The Thermal Park features a natural and calm environment. It is surrounded by modern accommodation and food services. The thermal source is originated at a depth of 1,268 meters (4,160 feet), with a volume of flow of 450 m3/h (15,891 ft3/h) and a shut-in pressure of 5.8 kg/cm2 (82 psi). It features a constant springing temperature of 42 °C (107 °F), which makes it a source of hyperthermal water. The ph value at the well is 7.8 to 8.2, and the water is rich in chlorides, bicarbonate, and sodium, slightly alkaline, of low mineral content and low Radon 222 content.
