This train covers one of the few sub-Antarctic forests in the world.

It is the southernmost train in the world and it is also known as the train of the convicts. It was created in 1.909 for their transportation. Its route changes color during the year: snow white in winter, golden in autumn, and green with the late spring and summer thaw.

The train has a daily service, taking 208 passengers per trip and featuring on board gastronomic services, bilingual guides and access for physically handicapped people. Ushuaia is the departing point and it heads towards Tierra del Fuego National Park framed by coasts, forests and mountains.

Route:
Fin del Mundo Station - National Park Station. Duration: 1.40 hs. Extension: 14 Km.
